1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "PHPSpin" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://phpspin.net, including its website, mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register an account on the PHPSpin platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the PHPSpin platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's PHPSpin account, including real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by PHPSpin.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to Philippine Peso (₱) amounts deposited directly by the Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the PHPSpin website, mobile application, and all game content and services therein.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the PHPSpin platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all interactions with PHPSpin, whether through the website at https://phpspin.net or through the PHPSpin mobile application. If you access the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, though note that account sharing is prohibited under Section 4.

PHPSpin reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on PHPSpin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of PHPSpin, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a PHPSpin account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process.

PHPSpin reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one registered account on PHPSpin at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication details.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal information must be reported to PHPSpin support promptly.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

PHPSpin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you receive any such request purporting to be from PHPSpin, you should treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately. PHPSpin accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

5 Deposits

PHPSpin accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits.

All deposit transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the PHPSpin cashier section.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• PHPSpin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which PHPSpin accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Player's account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, please contact PHPSpin support with proof of transaction.
• PHPSpin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity.

PHPSpin may at its discretion impose enhanced due diligence procedures on deposits above certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation before such deposits are accepted.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their PHPSpin account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction. Current limits are displayed in the PHPSpin cashier section.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• PHPSpin aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank follow standard interbank processing timelines of one to three business days.
• PHPSpin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. This may extend processing time by up to five business days.

PHPSpin does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees imposed by the receiving payment provider are the responsibility of the Player. In the event that a withdrawal cannot be processed to the original payment method, PHPSpin will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

PHPSpin offers bonuses, free spins, and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have a fully registered and verified account.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which will be specified at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• PHPSpin reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Game contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Winnings derived from free spins are treated as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• PHPSpin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled after it has been accepted, any real-money portion of the Player's balance at the time of cancellation will remain unaffected.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to hedging bets, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional loopholes, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on PHPSpin, including Ways of the Qilin, Dragon Gate, Jungle King, Muay Thai Champion, Space Max, Earn Money, and Ultra Treasure, operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All game outcomes are independently generated and statistically random. PHPSpin does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on the respective game information pages. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure during a game round, PHPSpin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's balance. Any winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are void and will not be paid out.

PHPSpin's decisions on game outcomes, technical errors, and disputes are final. Players who believe they have experienced a genuine technical error during a game should contact PHPSpin support within 48 hours of the incident, providing the relevant game round ID and a description of the issue.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PHPSpin platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward PHPSpin staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Creating or using an account if you are a self-excluded player or have been barred from the platform for any reason.

PHPSpin employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, PHPSpin may freeze an account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before taking further action.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the PHPSpin platform, including but not limited to game graphics, sound effects, software, trademarks, logos, text, and design elements, is the intellectual property of PHPSpin or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PHPSpin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written consent from PHPSpin.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform.
• Use PHPSpin's trademarks, logos, or branding materials in any context without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any PHPSpin content.

Any unauthorized use of PHPSpin's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that your own intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on the PHPSpin platform, please contact us at the details provided in Section 17.

11 Privacy & Data

PHPSpin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phpspin.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account on PHPSpin, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

PHPSpin uses player data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience. PHPSpin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

PHPSpin may be required to disclose player data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies, where required by law or in connection with a legal investigation. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

12 Responsible Gaming

PHPSpin is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal stress. PHPSpin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHPSpin's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PHPSpin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond PHPSpin's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

The PHPSpin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PHPSpin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. PHPSpin does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

14 Termination

PHPSpin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to PHPSpin, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
• The Player is no longer eligible to hold an account for any reason.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting PHPSpin support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

PHPSpin may also terminate the platform or any part thereof at any time without liability to Players, provided that reasonable notice is given where practicable and any outstanding verified balances are returned.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or your use of the PHPSpin platform, shall first be submitted to PHPSpin's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

PHPSpin operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with applicable PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law, the applicable legal or regulatory requirement shall prevail.

16 Amendments

PHPSpin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PHPSpin will notify registered Players via email or through an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the PHPSpin platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.
